↬ Minimum Operational Headcount: We require a operational minimum of 10 to 12 confirmed travelers for the group departure to proceed. In instances of low registration, an alternative date or full refund will be provided.

↬ Safety First: Trekking involves inherent minor physical risks. Bharat Trotters will provide first-aid assistance but is not liable for accidental injuries or personal property loss.

↬ Code of Conduct: To respect local heritage and spiritual settings, the possession or consumption of alcohol, tobacco, and illegal substances is strictly forbidden. Defaulters will be removed immediately without a refund.

↬ Dynamic Schedules: Timings listed across the schedule are estimates and can shift due to shifting weather, festival crowds, or unexpected highway traffic.

Cancellation Policy↬ 0 to 15 Days Prior to Departure: 100% of the package booking cost will be collected as cancellation charges; no refunds are provided.

↬ More than 15 Days Prior to Departure: A 50% partial refund of the tour cost will be processed back to the original payment channel.
