1. Use of Website

Use the Bharat Trotters website only for lawful travel enquiries, bookings and account activity.
Do not attempt fraudulent payments, unauthorised access, scraping, or activity that affects site performance or user safety.
We may restrict access or cancel a request if misuse, abuse or suspicious activity is detected.

Bookings are confirmed only after availability is checked and the applicable payment is received.
Trip prices, inclusions, pickup points and itineraries may change because of weather, permits, road conditions, local restrictions, operational needs or supplier updates.
Some trips require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, Bharat Trotters may offer an alternate date, alternate trip, credit note or applicable refund based on the situation.

Travellers must provide accurate name, contact, age and health information wherever required.
Participants must follow trip captain instructions, local rules, safety briefings and timing discipline during the trip.
Bharat Trotters may refuse participation if a traveller is unfit, intoxicated, abusive, unsafe, or carrying prohibited items.

Departure and return times are approximate and may vary because of traffic, weather, crowd movement, forest permissions, transport breakdowns or force majeure events.
Accommodation, transport and activities are delivered as per the selected package and may be replaced with similar alternatives when required.

Adventure travel, trekking, road trips and outdoor activities involve inherent risks. Travellers participate with awareness of those risks.
Bharat Trotters is not liable for losses caused by personal negligence, missed pickup, invalid documents, medical issues, natural events, government restrictions or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.

Website content, logo, photographs, copy, layouts and brand assets belong to Bharat Trotters or are used with permission.
Do not copy, reproduce or commercially use our content without written approval.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
