↬ Safety & Captain Authority: The decision of the Bharat Trotters certified Trip Captain/Guide will be final throughout the duration of the event.
↬ Zero Substance Tolerance: Consuming alcohol, smoking, or using recreational drugs is strictly prohibited during transit, on the trek, and at public venues. Violation will lead to immediate termination without refund.
↬ Minimum Group Size: To organize this trek smoothly, a minimum of 10–12 participants is required. If threshold bookings are not met, an alternate trek or date rescheduling option will be provided.
↬ Forest Permits & Timings: The actual hiking start time depends on forest authority permissions. Minor schedule adjustments may occur due to local regulatory guidelines or unexpected weather conditions.
↬ Leave No Trace Policy: Bharat Trotters strictly adheres to eco-friendly travel practices. Littering or disturbing local wildlife and flora will attract hefty penalties.
Cancellation Policy↬ 15 to 30 Days Prior to Departure: 50% refund or 75% trip voucher credit issued for future Bharat Trotters departures.
↬ 0 to 14 Days Prior to Departure: Strictly non-refundable. However, tickets are transferable to a friend or family member up to 24 hours before the departure time.
↬ Unforeseen Events (Weather/Govt Restrictions): In case of heavy rains, severe weather, or sudden forest permit suspensions, an alternate feasible trek or full trip credit voucher valid for 12 months will be provided. (No cash refunds apply for weather cancellations).
↬ Processing Time: Approved monetary refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
