- Booking Date Selection: Since pickups start late Friday/Saturday night (~11:30 PM), please select the date corresponding to your pickup night (e.g., choose Friday to experience Saturday morning sunrise).
- WhatsApp Group: A dedicated WhatsApp group will be created 4–6 hours before departure containing vehicle numbers and trek lead contact details.
- Self-Drive Option: If choosing "Without Transport", meet the group at the Anthargange Base location by 4:00 AM.

Booking and cancellation
↬ Safety & Conduct: Participants must follow all instructions given by the Bharat Trotters trek lead and local forest guide. Any unruly behavior or deviation from the group trail is strictly prohibited.
↬ Zero Tolerance Policy: Alcohol consumption, smoking, and drug usage are strictly prohibited throughout the trip. Offenders will be removed immediately without refunds.
↬ Environmental Integrity: We follow a strict Leave No Trace policy. Littering plastic, bottles, or food waste on the hills or inside caves is punishable.
↬ Weather & Unforeseen Events: Timings and itinerary are subject to change based on traffic, weather conditions, or local authorities' regulations.
↬ Health Fitness: Participants must ensure they are in reasonable physical condition for a 4 km uphill/downhill rocky trek.
↬ 3 to 7 days before departure: 50% refund or credit voucher.
↬ Less than 72 hours before departure: Non-refundable and non-transferable due to pre-booked transportation and permit slots.
↬ Trip Cancellation by Organizer: In case of extreme weather or safety restrictions, a full credit voucher or alternative trip date will be provided.
