Booking Date Selection: Since the journey starts on Friday night / Saturday night, select the Friday date if you wish to experience the Saturday morning sunrise, or select the Saturday date for the Sunday morning sunrise.

Terms & Conditions↬ Group Size & Execution: A minimum batch size of 10–12 participants is required to operate the trek. If minimum bookings are not met, Bharat Trotters reserves the right to reschedule or offer an alternate trek.
↬ Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 10 years of age. Minors must be accompanied by an adult/guardian.
↬ Forest Permits & Timings: Trekking permits are subject to local forest department regulations. If forest clearance is delayed or denied, timings or route itineraries may be adjusted accordingly. In rare cases where permits are denied, an alternate trek or full refund option will be provided.
↬ Basic & Eco-Friendly Travel: Bharat Trotters prioritizes authentic adventure experiences over luxury. Accommodation and transit facilities are clean, hygienic, and basic.
↬ Litter-Free Zone: Zero-tolerance policy for littering. All plastics and waste must be carried back to the city.
↬ Prohibition of Alcohol & Intoxicants: Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or any illegal substances during the trek or transit is strictly banned. Violators will be immediately terminated from the event without refund.

↬ Physical Fitness: A basic level of physical fitness is required. Bharat Trotters is not responsible if a participant is unable to reach the summit due to personal stamina or health limits.
↬ Indemnity: Trekking involves inherent risks related to weather and natural trails. Every trekker agrees to follow the instructions of the Trek Leader at all times.
Cancellation Policy↬ 0 to 15 Days Before Departure: 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee (No Refund).
↬ 15 to 30 Days Before Departure: 50% refund on the total tour package cost.
↬ More than 30 Days Before Departure: 90% refund (10% administrative/processing fee retained).
Government Restrictions / Unforeseen
↬ Weather: In cases of sudden natural disasters, extreme weather, or last-minute government/forest restrictions, an alternate activity/trek will be arranged. Cash refunds will not apply in such force majeure situations.
↬ Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.
