Terms & Conditions↬ Minimum Group Size: A minimum batch of 10–12 participants is required to run the event. If slots remain unfilled, Bharat Trotters reserves the right to offer an alternate trek or reschedule the trip.
↬ Age Requirement: Participants must be 10 years or older.
↬ Guide & Lead Authority: The decisions of the Bharat Trotters Trip Lead are final and binding throughout the duration of the journey.
↬ Forest Permits & Timings: Trekking permits are subject to local forest department regulations and approvals. Trek commencement timing may fluctuate depending on official permit clearances.
↬ Alcohol, Smoking & Substance Ban: Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or any illicit substances is strictly prohibited during the trek or inside the transport vehicle. Misbehavior will lead to immediate termination from the tour without a refund.
↬ Litter-Free Zone: Bharat Trotters strictly adheres to a Leave No Trace policy. All non-biodegradable waste (wrappers, plastic bottles) must be packed back with you.
↬ Personal Belongings & Safety: Participants are solely responsible for their personal valuables, cameras, and gear. Bharat Trotters is not liable for loss or damage.
↬ Fitness Disclaimer: A basic level of physical fitness is required. Bharat Trotters will not be responsible if a participant is unable to reach the summit due to personal exhaustion or medical constraints.
↬ Unforeseen Events: In cases of sudden adverse weather, landslides, or government restrictions, certain itinerary steps may be altered or canceled. No refunds will be issued under force majeure events, but alternative arrangements will be explored.

Cancellation Policy↬ 0 to 15 Days Before Departure: No refund. 100% of the total tour package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
↬ 15 to 30 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
↬ Permit Cancellation / Rescheduling: If government/forest authorities deny permits for the venue, Bharat Trotters will offer an alternative trek destination or initiate a refund.
↬ Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original source account within 5–7 working days.
