Booking Date Selection: Since departures start late Friday/Saturday night, select Friday on the booking calendar for a Saturday sunrise trek, or Saturday for a Sunday sunrise trek.

Day 1: Arrival & Night Hike Start
Reach the Devarayanadurga base point. Briefing by the trek lead, gear check, and start ascending the hill under the cool night sky.

Reach Peak & Golden Hour Sunrise
Reach the summit. Relax, unwind, and witness a mesmerising sunrise as morning light illuminates the surrounding valleys. Explore the Yoga Narasimha Temple and capture scenic photos at the peak.

Descent & Breakfast Stop
Descend towards the Devarayanadurga base. Head to a nearby restaurant to freshen up, relax, and enjoy a delicious breakfast (self-sponsored).

Terms & Conditions↬ Minimum Batch Size: A minimum of 10–12 participants is required to operate a batch. In the rare event that minimum bookings are not met, Bharat Trotters will offer an alternative trek or reschedule your booking.
↬ Age Eligibility: Open to participants aged 10 and above.
↬ Permits & Government Regulations: Trek timings are subject to Forest Department permissions. If permits are restricted due to weather or official mandates, an alternate trek route will be provided or a refund will be processed.
↬ Fitness Disclaimer: An average level of physical fitness is required. Bharat Trotters is not liable if a participant is unable to reach the summit due to personal stamina limitations.
↬ Luggage & Personal Belongings: Participants are solely responsible for their luggage, cash, and valuables. Bharat Trotters assumes no liability for loss or damage.
↬ Zero Tolerance Policy: Alcohol consumption, smoking, and drug use are strictly prohibited throughout the trek and transit. Any client misbehaving or disrupting group decorum will be terminated from the event immediately without a refund and must arrange their own return transport.
↬ Clean & Eco-Friendly Travel: Bharat Trotters strictly adheres to a "Leave No Trace" policy. Littering plastic or garbage on the trail will attract fines.
↬ Pick-up & Drop Integrity: Designated pick-up points are fixed. Participants must arrive at least 15–20 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
Cancellation Policy↬ 0 to 15 Days Before Departure: No refund will be provided (100% cancellation charge applies).
↬ 15 to 30 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
↬ More than 30 Days Before Departure: 90% refund of the total tour cost (10% administrative fees deducted).
↬ Force Majeure & Government Restrictions: If the trek is canceled due to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or unexpected government/forest department bans, an alternate feasible trip will be provided. No monetary refund applies in such unforeseen circumstances.
↬ Refund Timeline: All eligible refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.
