Booking and cancellation
↬ Age Eligibility: Participants must be 10 years of age or older to join the trek.
↬ Permit Restrictions: Forest/local permits are subject to government availability. If permits are restricted for any unforeseen reason, an alternative trek route will be provided (non-refundable).
↬ Accommodation & Logistics: Stay and seating arrangements are clean, basic, and adventure-focused (non-AC vehicles, dormitories, or tented setups where applicable). Luxury facilities should not be expected.
↬ Forest Department Timings: Trek starting times depend strictly on permissions granted by local authorities/forest officials. Timings may alter dynamically based on ground permissions.
↬ Personal Belongings & Liability: Bharat Trotters holds no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items, jewelry, cash, or electronics during the journey.
↬ Zero-Littering Policy: Bharat Trotters strictly enforces an eco-friendly trek environment. Littering, throwing plastic waste, or damaging flora and fauna is punishable.
↬ Misconduct & Substance Policy: Consuming alcohol, smoking, or engaging in unruly behavior during the trek or transit is strictly banned. Any participant found violating this rule will be immediately removed from the tour without any refund or transport assistance.
↬ Fitness Disclaimer: Every participant is responsible for their own physical fitness. Bharat Trotters will not issue refunds if a participant cannot reach the summit due to personal stamina or health limitations.
↬ Unforeseen Delays: Bharat Trotters is not liable for schedule delays caused by traffic jams, vehicle breakdowns, extreme weather, or government mandates.
↬ 15 to 30 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total tour package cost will be refunded.
↬ Permit Sold-out / Weather Restrictions: If local permits are unavailable or weather conditions force a cancellation, Bharat Trotters will arrange a feasible alternative trek or offer credit toward a future departure. Direct cash refunds are not applicable.
