Board our comfortable Non-AC vehicle from your designated pick-up location in Bangalore. Meet your fellow Bharat Trotters adventurers and trek coordinators as we head towards Chikkaballapur.

Day 1: Arrival & Night Hike Start
Reach the Kaiwara Betta base point. Briefing by the trek lead, gear check, and start ascending the hill under the cool night sky.

Reach Peak & Golden Hour Sunrise
Reach the summit. Relax, unwind, and witness a mesmerising sunrise as morning light illuminates the surrounding valleys. Capture scenic photos at the summit and explore the peaceful temple.

Descent & Breakfast Stop
Board the bus and stop at a nearby restaurant to freshen up and enjoy breakfast (self-sponsored). After breakfast, we will start our journey back to Bangalore, reaching between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM

Terms & Conditions↬ Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 10 to 12 participants is required to organize this trek. If the minimum count is not met, Bharat Trotters reserves the right to offer an alternate trek or reschedule the trip.
Age Limit: Participants must be 10 years of age or older.
↬ Permits & Timings: Forest permits are mandatory. In case permits are unavailable or delayed by forest authorities, trek timings may be adjusted or an alternative trek will be provided.
↬ Basic Facilities: Our trips focus on authentic outdoor adventure. Accommodations, transfers, and facilities are clean and basic, not luxury-oriented.
↬ Fitness Requirements: A basic level of physical fitness is required. Bharat Trotters is not responsible if a participant cannot reach the summit due to personal physical limitations.
↬ Personal Belongings: Participants are solely responsible for their luggage, cash, electronics, and valuables. Bharat Trotters is not liable for loss or damage.
↬ Environmental Responsibility: Littering is strictly prohibited. All participants must practice Leave-No-Trace principles and keep the trails clean.
↬ Code of Conduct: Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or misbehavior during the trip/trek is strictly banned. Any participant found violating this rule will be terminated from the event immediately without refund.
↬ Unforeseen Events: In the case of severe weather, natural hazards, or government restrictions, certain activities may be modified or canceled. No refunds will be issued for weather-driven itinerary changes.
↬ Liability Disclaimer: Participants agree to indemnify themselves against inherent outdoor risks. Bharat Trotters is not liable for personal injuries or accidents during the trek.
Cancellation Policy↬ 0 to 15 Days Before Departure: No refund will be provided (100% of the tour cost charged as cancellation fee).
↬ 15 to 30 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
↬ More than 30 Days Before Departure: Full refund minus minimal administrative processing fees.

↬ Cancelations: If the trip is canceled due to sudden government permit issues or extreme weather, an alternative trip or voucher will be issued; direct monetary refunds will not apply.
