↬ Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior to the travel date and utilised within 30 days of the original departure date.
↬ Accommodation & Amenities: Facilities provided during trekking weekends are basic and eco-friendly (homestays, dormitories, or camping tents). Participants should not expect luxury resort amenities in remote wilderness settings.
↬ Fitness Standards: An average level of physical fitness is required. Bharat Trotters is not responsible if a participant cannot complete the trek due to stamina or health constraints.
↬ Personal Belongings: Bharat Trotters holds no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, cash, electronics, or valuables during the tour.
↬ Code of Conduct: Strict prohibition of alcohol consumption, smoking, drug usage, or misbehavior during the trek. Any non-compliance will lead to immediate termination from the trip without a refund.

↬ Arrival Timings: Participants must arrive at their chosen Bangalore pickup points at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Transport to the pickup point is the individual's responsibility.
↬ 15 to 30 Days Before Departure: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
↬ More than 30 Days Before Departure: 10% administrative charge deducted; remaining amount refunded.
