Terms & Conditions↬ Minimum Participant Requirement: A minimum batch size of 10–12 participants is required to organize the trek/trip.

↬ Permit & Weather Adjustments: If minimum bookings are not met or forest permits are unavailable due to government/forest department restrictions, an alternative trek or reschedule option will be offered. No cash refunds will be issued in such scenarios.

↬ Itinerary Flexibility: The itinerary, activity sequence, and pickup/drop timings are subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions, traffic delays, trek permit availability, or local authority directives.

↬ Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior to the travel date and utilised within 30 days of the original departure date.

↬ Accommodation & Amenities: Facilities provided during trekking weekends are basic and eco-friendly (homestays, dormitories, or camping tents). Participants should not expect luxury resort amenities in remote wilderness settings.

↬ Fitness Standards: An average level of physical fitness is required. Bharat Trotters is not responsible if a participant cannot complete the trek due to stamina or health constraints.

↬ Personal Belongings: Bharat Trotters holds no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, cash, electronics, or valuables during the tour.

↬ Code of Conduct: Strict prohibition of alcohol consumption, smoking, drug usage, or misbehavior during the trek. Any non-compliance will lead to immediate termination from the trip without a refund.

↬ Environmental Integrity: Participants must strictly follow leave-no-trace principles. Littering is strictly prohibited throughout the trek and stay.

↬ Arrival Timings: Participants must arrive at their chosen Bangalore pickup points at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Transport to the pickup point is the individual's responsibility.

Cancellation Policy↬ 0 to 15 Days Before Departure: 100% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee (No Refund).

↬ 15 to 30 Days Before Departure: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

↬ More than 30 Days Before Departure: 10% administrative charge deducted; remaining amount refunded.

↬ Rescheduling: Requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to departure and are valid for up to 30 days from the original date.

↬ Forest Permits / Government Restrictions: If trek permits are denied by forest authorities, an alternative trek/trip on the same date or a future date reschedule will be provided. No refunds apply in such cases.

↬ Refund Processing Time: Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 working days and may take up to 10–12 business days to reflect in your original payment source. Website gateway fees (approx. 3%) are non-refundable.
