Board the vehicle for a short drive to the Kakabe trek base point. Attend an intro session and briefing by your trek lead covering trail instructions, safety protocols, and gear check before setting off.

Day 1: Descent to Base & Return to Homestay

Terms & Conditions↬ Minimum Participant Requirement: A minimum batch size of 10–12 travelers is required to operate the tour. If the batch size is not met or forest permits are unavailable due to weather/local authority restrictions, an alternative trek route or date reschedule will be provided.

↬ Participant Conduct: Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or smoking during the trek trail and vehicle transit is strictly prohibited.

↬ Environmental Responsibility: Littering on the trail or around water bodies is strictly forbidden. Carry all non-biodegradable waste back in your bag.

↬ ID Proof: All participants must carry a valid original Government ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driver's License) for forest permit verification.

↬ Itinerary Adjustments: Bharat Trotters reserves the right to adjust timings or swap sight-seeing spots based on traffic, weather conditions, or local guidelines for group safety.
Cancellation Policy↬ Cancellation 7 days or more prior to departure: 90% refund of total trip cost or 100% transfer credit to a future Bharat Trotters trip.

↬ Cancellation between 3 to 6 days prior to departure: 50% refund of the package cost.

↬ Cancellation within 48 hours of departure or No-Show: 0% refund (Non-refundable).

↬ Weather & Permit Cancellations: If the trip is canceled by Bharat Trotters due to natural calamities, landslides, or sudden government permit closures, guests will receive a voucher for 100% trip value valid for 6 months.
