Terms & Conditions↬ Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 10–12 participants is required to operate the departure. If slot counts are not met, Bharat Trotters will offer an alternative trek or reschedule your trip date.
↬ Age Limit: Participants must be 10 years of age or older. Minors must be accompanied by a adult guardian.
↬ Forest Permits & Timings: Forest department rules and permits dictate the exact start time of the trek. Delays caused by regulatory authorities are beyond our control. If permits are restricted, an alternate nearby trek will be arranged or a refund initiated.
↬ Fitness Level: Basic physical fitness is necessary. Bharat Trotters is not liable if a participant cannot reach the summit due to personal stamina or medical constraints.
↬ Banned Items & Conduct: Consumption of alcohol, smoking, littering, or disruptive behavior during the trek or transport is strictly prohibited. Misbehavior will lead to immediate removal from the trip without any refund, and the participant must arrange their own return transport.
↬ Personal Belongings: Participants are solely responsible for their luggage, cash, electronics, and valuables. Bharat Trotters assumes no liability for loss or damage.
