Day 1: Arrival & Night Hike Start

Reach the Kunti Betta base point. Briefing by the trek lead, gear check, stretch session, and start ascending the hill under the cool night sky.

Reach Peak & Golden Hour Sunrise

Reach the summit. Relax, unwind, and witness a mesmerising sunrise as morning light illuminates Pandavapura Lake and the surrounding valleys. Capture scenic photos at the summit.

Terms & Conditions↬ Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 10–12 participants is required to operate the trip. If the threshold is not met, Bharat Trotters reserves the right to reschedule or provide an alternate destination/trip option.

↬ Age Limit: Participants must be 10 years of age or older.

↬ Forest Permits: Trekking schedules and timings are subject to local forest department permissions. If permits are delayed or unavailable, timings may be adjusted or an alternative trek will be offered.

↬ Standard Facilities: Accommodations, travel arrangements, and base amenities are neat, basic, and adventure-focused (non-luxury).

↬ Physical Fitness: A basic to moderate level of physical fitness is required. Bharat Trotters is not liable if a participant is unable to complete the summit climb due to personal endurance limitations.

↬ Personal Belongings: Participants are solely responsible for their personal valuables, luggage, and electronics.

↬ Environmental Responsibility: Littering is strictly prohibited. Please carry back all personal trash and respect the eco-sensitive trial.

↬ Code of Conduct: Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or any form of misbehavior is strictly banned during the trek and transit. Violators will be immediately removed from the tour without any refund or return transport responsibility.

↬ Weather & Unforeseen Events: Activities may be modified or canceled due to extreme weather, landslides, or sudden government restrictions. In such events, feasible alternatives will be explored; however, no cash refunds apply.

↬ Pick-up Policy: Guests must arrive at their chosen pickup point at least 15–20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

Cancellation Policy↬ 15 to 30 Days Before Start Date: A 50% cancellation fee of the total tour cost will be charged.

↬ 0 to 15 Days Before Start Date: 100% cancellation fee applies (No refund will be provided).

↬ Permit Inavailability: In cases where official permits cannot be obtained, guests will be offered an alternative trek or a 100% full refund.

↬ Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.

↬ Weather & Government Restrictions: If the trek is canceled on-site or en route due to force majeure, bad weather, or administrative orders, alternate solutions will be arranged where possible, but direct refunds do not apply.
