↬ Minimum Group Size: A minimum batch size of 10–12 travelers is required for the trip to operate. In the event of insufficient bookings, Bharat Trotters reserves the right to offer an alternative trek or reschedule your departure date.
↬ Accommodation & Facilities: Stays provided are clean, comfortable, and basic homestays/campsites located close to nature, not luxury resorts.
↬ Conduct & Safety: Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or any form of misbehavior during the trek/transit is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be removed from the trip immediately without a refund and must arrange their own return transport.
↬ Speakers & Noise: Portable Bluetooth speakers are not permitted on the trek trail to preserve the peaceful ecosystem and minimize wildlife disruption.
↬ Force Majeure: Activities may be altered or canceled due to extreme weather, sudden forest department restrictions, landslides, or government directives. Bharat Trotters will provide the best possible alternative, but no cash refunds apply in such cases.
