↬ Conduct & Safety: The decision of the Bharat Trotters Trek Lead/Captain is final in all safety matters. Misconduct or non-compliance with environmental rules will lead to immediate disqualification without a refund.
↬ Substitutions: Unforeseen weather conditions, forest department restrictions, or road blockages may necessitate route adjustments or alternative itinerary order.
↬ Eco-Policy: Leave No Trace. Littering, damaging flora/fauna, or carrying non-biodegradable waste into forest zones is strictly prohibited.
↬ No-Show / Event Day Cancel: No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals, missed pickups, or no-shows on the departure day, regardless of circumstances.
