↬ Forest Permits & Timings: Trekking permits are subject to forest department approvals. If permissions are delayed or altered by authorities, trek timings may be adjusted accordingly. If permits are denied, an alternate trek or appropriate refund will be issued.
↬ Basic Facilities: Accommodations/rest areas are simple and eco-friendly. LUXURY FACILITIES ARE NOT PROVIDED.
↬ Personal Belongings: Bharat Trotters is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal valuables, jewelry, or electronics during the trip.
↬ Code of Conduct: Alcohol consumption, smoking, and outdoor littering are strictly prohibited throughout the trek duration. Any participant exhibiting unruly behavior or intoxication will be terminated from the event immediately without a refund and must arrange their own transport back.
↬ Physical Fitness: An average level of physical fitness is required. Bharat Trotters is not responsible if a participant cannot complete the trek due to personal physical limitations.
↬ Unforeseen Events: In the event of extreme weather or unexpected government restrictions, activities may be modified or canceled. Alternate feasible activities will be arranged; however, cash refunds are not applicable under such conditions.
