Terms & Conditions↬ Group Size Minimum: A minimum of 10–12 participants is required to organize the trek. If the minimum threshold is not met, Bharat Trotters reserves the right to offer an alternate trek or reschedule the departure.

↬ Age Limit: Participants must be 10 years of age or older.

↬ Forest Permits & Timings: Trekking permits are subject to local Forest Department regulations. The trek start timing strictly depends on when forest officials grant permission on the ground.

↬ No Alcohol / Substance Policy: Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or any illicit substance is strictly prohibited throughout the duration of the trek and transit. Any client misbehaving or causing delays will be terminated from the event immediately without refund.

↬ Personal Fitness & Responsibility: Basic physical fitness is required. Bharat Trotters is not liable if a participant cannot reach the summit due to personal stamina limits.
