Terms & Conditions↬ Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 10–12 participants is required to operate the batch. If the minimum threshold is not met, an alternate trek or date rescheduling will be offered by Bharat Trotters.
↬ Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 10 years of age. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
↬ Forest Permits: Permit approval depends on local forest department guidelines. In case of permit unavailability, Bharat Trotters will provide an alternative trek or initiate a full refund.
↬ Itinerary Timings: Trek execution and timings strictly depend on permissions granted by forest authorities at the checkpoint.
↬ Participant Responsibility: A basic level of physical fitness is required. Bharat Trotters is not liable if a participant cannot reach the summit due to personal physical limitations.
↬ Littering & Environment: Zero-tolerance policy towards littering. All trekkers must carry back their trash to maintain nature's cleanliness.
↬ Alcohol & Substance Policy: Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or any illicit substances is strictly banned during the trek and transit. Any client misbehaving will be removed from the event immediately without a refund and must arrange their own return transport.
↬ Personal Belongings: Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings, jewelry, and gadgets.
↬ Unforeseen Events: Bharat Trotters holds no liability for delays or route alterations caused by unexpected weather conditions, traffic jams, or sudden government restrictions.
↬ Liability & Safety: Trekkers participate at their own risk. Bharat Trotters is not responsible for injuries or accidents occurring during the event.
Cancellation Policy↬ 0 to 15 Days Before Departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees (No refund).
↬ 15 to 30 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
↬ More than 30 Days Before Departure: 90% refund (10% administrative fees deducted).
↬ Government Restrictions / Weather Disruptions: If the trip is canceled due to severe weather or forest department restrictions, an alternate feasible trek will be provided. Cash refunds are not applicable for weather-related cancellations.
↬ Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
