Tadiandamol Trek
Embark on an unforgettable weekend journey with Bharat Trotters as we head to Tadiandamol Peak, the highest point in Kodagu (Coorg), standing tall at 1,748 meters (5,735 ft) above sea level. Tadiandamol—meaning "Broad Peak" in the native Kodava language—is one of South India's most beloved trekking destinations, offering a perfect blend of rich biodiversity, historical charm, and panoramic views of the Western Ghats. Starting near the historic Nalknad Palace at the base of Kakkabe, the trail takes you through lush coffee plantations, dense shola forest canopies, and vast rolling emerald grasslands. As you conquer the final ridge, you're rewarded with sweeping 360-degree vistas of mist-laden valleys and endless hill ranges. Beyond the peak adventure, this 2-day getaway includes cozy homestay lodging, local Coorgi hospitality around a campfire, a visit to the cascading Chelavara Waterfalls, and a serene cultural stop at the famed Golden Temple (Namdroling Monastery) in Kushalnagar. Whether you are a beginner looking for your first major hill trek or an experienced trekker yearning for a refreshing retreat from Bangalore, Bharat Trotters ensures a seamless, safe, and exhilarating adventure!
